Important Information
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for our excursions. Guests who cancel tours less than 24 hours prior to their confirmed tour time will not be refunded. Groups of 10 or more guests must cancel 7 days prior to the confirmed tour date to receive a full refund. All cancellations must be made directly with Abe’s Snorkeling and Biobay Tours by telephone or email. Guests who are no shows or late arrivals will receive the full charge.
If we need to cancel a tour due to weather conditions we will offer to reschedule the tour for another date or time, book a different tour, or give a full refund. Please be aware that Abe’s Snorkeling determines weather cancellations, not our guests. Weather cancellations are made to keep our guests safe from dangerous conditions or because snorkeling visibility may be too limited.
We are firm about our cancellation policy. We are not always able to fill spaces that have been reserved when guests fail to show up for their tour or cancel on very short notice. Please keep in mind that we may have turned away other customers by holding spaces and have put time and resources into preparing for each tour. Thank you for understanding!
